When you make a booking, we collect the information needed to confirm and fulfill it: your name, contact details, payment information, and the number of guests. As legally required for tourist accommodation in Spain, we also collect the full name, ID or passport number, nationality, and date of birth of every guest staying at the property, including minors, and report this to the Spanish Ministry of Interior via the SES.Hospedajes system. This guest-registration data is retained for three years, as required by law. We use your information to process your booking, communicate with you before and during your stay, meet our legal obligations, and, only with your consent, send you occasional updates about Guardian House. We do not sell your data, and we only share it with the parties needed to deliver your stay: payment processors, and Spanish authorities where legally required.
